These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by CAUNELLE Business Services ("CAUNELLE," "we," "us"). By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

CAUNELLE provides research, sourcing assistance, e-commerce support, and administrative/business support services related to online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.

CAUNELLE is not a law firm, accounting firm, immigration consultancy, insurance agency, real estate brokerage, or investment advisor. We do not provide:

CAUNELLE Business Services provides research, sourcing, consulting, and administrative support services. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, product sales, revenue, or profit. Customers are responsible for making their own business decisions and complying with applicable marketplace rules and laws.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service. You are responsible for verifying that any product, supplier, or marketplace decision complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies before acting on it.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability shown at the time of booking. CAUNELLE will make reasonable efforts to honor booked appointment times and will contact you using your preferred communication method if a change is needed.

6. Payment

Payment is required before an order is submitted. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout using debit/credit cards and Apple Pay when available. CAUNELLE does not receive or store your full card number or payment authentication credentials. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policies. 7. Files You Upload

You may upload documents relevant to your service request. Please do not upload sensitive financial information (such as bank account or full card numbers) that is not required to complete your service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAUNELLE's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. CAUNELLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.

9. Changes to These Terms

CAUNELLE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
