- Files you choose to upload (e.g., product lists, spreadsheets, screenshots)

- Payment confirmation details once payment is arranged (CAUNELLE does not receive or store your card number)
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not request or knowingly store full credit card numbers, bank account credentials, government ID numbers, or other sensitive financial information through this website. Please avoid including this type of information in uploaded files or free-text fields.

4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. Customers may pay by debit/credit card and Apple Pay when available. CAUNELLE does not receive or store full card numbers or payment authentication credentials. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website (such as our email provider and hosting provider), each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal/tax obligations, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
8. How Booking Requests Are Sent
When you submit a booking request, the details are sent securely to CAUNELLE's team through our website's form-submission service. A copy is also kept in your own browser so you can view your request on the confirmation page. Payment is arranged separately, directly with our team, after your appointment is confirmed.
